Wax Injection
By utilizing our in-house high-precision molds and incorporating the industry’s best wax recycling process, along with designing optimized gating and wax tree structures for the product, QuanShen ensures that our products excel right from the very first step of the manufacturing process.
Automated Dipping (Shelling)
Quanshen transcends industry standards by utilizing aerospace-grade shelling system, effectively addressing several long-standing quality issues associated with investment casting. We have taken the lead in implementing full-process automation in shelling, thereby enhancing process stability, product quality, reducing employee occupational hazards.
Automated Casting
QuanShen has implemented industry-leading automated casting systems to fully maximize material performance. This, coupled with comprehensive technical support and inspection capabilities, enables QS to meet customer quality standards and provide highly competitive products.
Heat Treatment
QuanShen strictly adheres to a stringent quality control process by ensuring 100% in-house production control. We leverage automated vacuum heat treatment equipment and automatic aging furnaces, complemented by a comprehensive system of in-furnace 9-point temperature measurements and parameter monitoring with electronic recording. Following heat treatment, we have a quality monitoring system in place to ensure 100% product compliance and traceability.
Process capabilities include: solution treatment, annealing, normalizing, tempering, subzero treatment, aging, QPQ (Quench-Polish-Quench), oil quenching, and induction heating heat treatment.
Automated Welding
QuanShen possesses multiple sets of six-axis welding robots, complemented by programmable dual-angle rotary tables. We have also successfully pioneered the industry’s first 3D welding process of IRON face in one go. This one-step manufacturing approach ensures that performance and quality stability exceed customer demands.
Our extensive machining experience and exceptional fixture development and production capabilities ensures that QS goes beyond traditional welding methods and designs the best process flows tailored to customer design requirements.
CNC Machining
QuanShen has grown steadily over the years thanks to its 30+ years of machining expertise. As the company’s manufacturing scale expands, our CNC machining equipment and technology have kept pace with the latest developments and upgrades. Currently, 5-axis CNC milling machines are the mainstay of our production equipment, and we have more than 500 CNC devices in total, including lathes, engraving machines, and various other machining equipment. In addition to conventional machining equipment, QS also maintains specialized machining equipment as part of our comprehensive in-house production control. This includes equipment such as plasma laser cutting machines, laser engraving machines, broaching machines, screw thread machine, thread rolling machines, high-precision double-sided grinding machines, and more. These specialized machines allow us to meet a wide range of customer processing requirements efficiently and effectively.
Laser Cutting
QuanShen is operating renowned Japanese brand AMADA laser cutting machines in its production line, capable of cutting metal sheets ranging from 0.5mm to 15mm in thickness. With two of these machines in operation, we can efficiently meet customer demands for large-scale production.
CNC Automated Loading and Unloading
Through modular fixture design and secondary positioning stations operated by personnel off the production line, QuanShen employs programmable multi-axis arms for loading and unloading materials, achieving a stable and highly efficient unmanned production line operation.
High Precision Cutting Tools Inspection
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of CNC machining production, QuanShen has multiple 6-axis CNC cutting tool grinding machines for in-house production and processing. We rigorously inspect the tools using high-precision tool image measurement equipment, achieving stable and controlled product quality.
NPS Cosmetics & Club Assembly
QuanShen has established market differentiation through robust fixture design and outstanding production capabilities. We utilize lean concepts for layout planning, implement comprehensive process monitoring, and implement 100% inspection at critical points, aiming for zero defects. We embrace Total Quality Management (TQM) to drive continuous improvement and continuously optimize and automate key positions while adhering to standardized JES (Job Element Sheet) documents to support production operations, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
PVD
QuanShen possesses an in-house oxide and nitride sputter coating process, allowing us to offer flexible customization according to customer needs:

In addition to production, QS also has various PVD inspection capabilities, including wear resistance, film thickness, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, UV resistance, salt spray resistance, adhesion, and more.
X-Ray Testing
QuanShen utilizes advanced X-ray inspection machines for examining porous structures in various castings and welding processes. These machines offer high detection sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring precise results.
Profilometer Golf Club Grooves Testing
QuanShen adopts USGA (United States Golf Association) grade quality assessment and inspection for golf club grooves. This enables us to accommodate various customer specifications for groove quality and ensures our outstanding quality control capabilities.
